This Monday, September 12, in the heart of the Louvrais district in Pontoise, launch of the culinary incubator.
Les Determines, Erigere and Action logement have co-created this project around common values. A place of innovation and sharing, this 250m2 culinary laboratory aims to contribute to the creation and development of food-related professions, and to train young people with a passion for the restaurant business.
To celebrate the inauguration of this new space, Fabrice Le saché x Stéphanie Von Euw played the game of the popcake workshop! A great opportunity for the entrepreneurs to use their culinary know-how and to give a foretaste of this future place! A big thank you to all the people present during this evening and who have supported this project from near and far.
