Every entrepreneur places a great deal of trust in the hands of the entire team at Les Déterminés. It is our responsibility to help you reach your full potential and find your place in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The non-profit organization is committed to
- Respect each individual, showing no distinction and valuing the inclusion of all.
- Respect each project, as long as it is respectful and economically viable.
- Share our knowledge, expertise and network to enable entrepreneurs to grow.
- To be kind to everyone, to look after their well-being and to listen to them.
- To be transparent in our methods and in our discourse in order to provide frank and constructive feedback.
Genesis
entrepreneurship for all
Les Déterminés is an organization under the law of 1901, born in 2015 from a simple observation:
- Un accès difficile à l'entrepreneuriat dans certains territoires.
- With a high unemployment rate despite the dynamism of the associative fabric.
This is why Les Déterminés is developing actions to raise awareness of entrepreneurship and a training program to support project leaders throughout the country.
Initially oriented towards residents of working-class neighborhoods, our support program has been extended to residents of rural areas who face the same problems related to entrepreneurship.
The non-profit organization is developing another axis: employability. Our goal is to enable people who are far from employment to quickly get back into the job market. In September 2019, a concrete action developed with the Hyatt Group enabled us to train some fifty young people in hotel and restaurant jobs and to leave this program with a permanent job.

Moussa CAMARA

Entrepreneur engagé depuis plus de quinze ans, Moussa a démarré sa carrière professionnelle en 2007. Il monte sa 1ère entreprise d’informatique et de télécommunication, malgré le manque de réseau et de financement.
L'idée du projet associatif à fort impact économique émerge en 2012, lors d’un voyage aux États-Unis. Moussa part à la rencontre de nombreux chefs d’entreprises engagés qui lui donne envie d’entreprendre pour les autres et à plus grande échelle.
De ces rencontres riches en enseignements et de sa propre expérience d’entrepreneur, Moussa Camara comprend que la réussite économique peut être déterminante dans une réussite sociale commune et pour tous.
C’est donc en 2015 que l’association Les Déterminés voit le jour !
